Which banks in Europe outside the EU offer a stablecoin off-ramp and a card?

Stablecoin plus card is the everyday spending combination: dollars or euros parked as USDC, spent with plastic. Nine parent banks fail, and all but one fail on the card. Bitcoin Suisse, BCB Group and ClearBank issue no card, PostFinance, Zürcher Kantonalbank and Luzerner Kantonalbank will not let the crypto they hold touch a card, BBVA has no crypto-linked card, and Standard Chartered has no retail product. LHV is the exception, failing on stablecoins instead. Bank Frick passes partially because its Debit Mastercard is listed without a stated link to the USDC it custodies. The seven that remain are the two Swiss crypto banks, Swissquote, Xapo Bank, Wirex, Bank Frick and Revolut.

Questions people ask

Which card lets me spend a stablecoin balance directly in the UK?

Wirex is the closest fit: stablecoin top-ups become a USD or EUR balance at 1:1 with no spread, spendable on a Visa in the UK. Revolut's crypto card spends from a chosen crypto balance, and USDC stays supported after USDT was withdrawn. Xapo Bank converts incoming USDC and USDT to USD on arrival and issues a Visa debit card, but UK residents cannot make USD transactions.

Can I settle a Swiss card bill from a USDC balance?

At Sygnum, credit card balances are settled from crypto or fiat holdings and USDC sits in the same custody account, for qualified investors. AMINA Bank offers cards on its Gold and Platinum packages alongside USDC and USDT trading. Swissquote's Debit Mastercard settles by selling Bitcoin, Ethereum or XRP, so a USDC holding would need to be sold to fiat first.
