Which banks in Europe outside the EU offer a stablecoin off-ramp and Web3 business accounts?

Holding both tests means a crypto company can bank here and turn its USDC or USDT into fiat in the same place. Six parent banks drop out. LHV fails the stablecoin test because it lists no e-money tokens under MiCA. Revolut fails the business test by excluding crypto firms and blocking crypto on business accounts. PostFinance, BBVA, Zürcher Kantonalbank and Luzerner Kantonalbank offer no accounts for Web3 businesses. Among those that pass, Swissquote is partial on business accounts, ClearBank is partial on stablecoins because it mints and redeems through Circle Mint for regulated institutions rather than trading them, and Standard Chartered is partial on both.
