Corrections

We get things wrong sometimes. A fee changes, a bank rewrites its terms, a reader knows something we missed. When that happens we fix the page and log the change here, with the date and who flagged it. Scores and tags that move also show in the dated history on each profile.

How to flag an error

Email hi@cryptobanklist.com with the page address and what is wrong. A link to the source helps. We check it, fix it and log it here. We do not publish your name or your email address.

Right of reply

Before a bank gets a Silent closure tag or a Caution health tag, and before The Teller publishes a finding about a named bank, we email the bank with the finding and give it five working days to respond. Replies are printed in full, in the bank's own words, with the date, on the bank's profile. If a bank does not answer, the profile says when we asked.

What we log

Every factual change: a score, a tag, a policy field, a claim in an article. Typos and layout fixes are not logged.

28 September 2026Stripe's 0% FX card: KAST's rails are named in KAST's own termsThe post said KAST does not name its partners on its own site and that Lead Bank was named behind KAST only by third parties. KAST's Brazil Terms and Conditions of Service name Third National as issuer and Signify Holdings, Inc., operating as Rain, as programme manager, and its business card terms name Third National and refer to Rain's prohibitions list. The paragraph now says so. The KAST FX row drops the third-party 1.1% typical figure and follows KAST's own fee article. The KAST record's rails line cites the same documents. sourceCBL Research
28 September 2026BBVA: closure tag Unknown to ClearThe Cuenta Online contract could not be read on 23 September because the PDF refuses automated fetches. Notice, reasons, funds access and appeal filled in; the Swiss General Banking Conditions and the crypto service contract added. sourceCBL Research
28 September 2026Anchorage Digital: closure tag Unknown to PartialAnchorage's standard Master Custody Service Agreement is on file with the SEC as an ETF exhibit and the Porto wallet terms are on anchorage.com. 28 September 2026ether.fi Cash: Card Score 12 to 13, three criteria rescored on official pagesFunding 2 to 1: the physical card is not free on Core per ether.fi's help centre; the $40 refundable deposit was a third-party claim. Freeze and dispute 1 to 2: 60-day dispute window and up to 60 days to resolve, from the help centre and the cardholder agreement. Yield 1 to 2: LiquidUSD withdrawals at any time with no lock, from the ether.fi docs. Issuer and availability move from third-party to official sources. sourceCBL Research
28 September 2026KAST: Card Score 9 to 11, three criteria rescored on official pagesCustody 1 to 0: KAST's Terms of Service say the account is not insured and partners have no duty to segregate funds. Freeze and dispute 0 to 2: instant in-app freeze and a published chargeback route with a 50-day window and up to 90 days review. Yield 1 to 2: the USD Reserve Account terms state no lock-up. 28 September 2026RedotPay: Card Score 7 to 9, two criteria rescored on official pagesIssuer 0 to 1: RedotPay's own Singapore page names Xfers Pte Ltd (StraitsX), a licensed payment institution, as the issuer; the Hong Kong programme still names none. Availability 1 to 2: RedotPay's exclusion lists leave the UK, 25 EU states and the UAE open. The official fee table was read from its image; deposits are free, so the third-party 3% bank card deposit fee is dropped. The Mastercard mention is removed: every official document says Visa. sourceCBL Research
