Which banks in the EU offer a stablecoin off-ramp and a card?

Four providers let you hold a stablecoin and spend it, or its euro equivalent, on a card. Wirex, Revolut and Rebind score full on both: Wirex converts stablecoin top-ups 1:1 and spends through its EEA Mastercard, Revolut's crypto card spends from a chosen crypto balance, and Rebind's virtual Visa through Gnosis Pay spends EURe. Bunq has the card but a partial on stablecoins, since its Kraken-powered trading takes no inbound deposits. LHV and N26 fail on stablecoins, Monerium, BCB Group, BBVA, SG-FORGE, Santander · Openbank, Deutsche Bank and Raiffeisen NÖ-Wien fail on card, and Commerzbank fails both.

Wirex14/16NeobankUnknownStrictYes. Crypto moves freely in and out, but the card cannot buy crypto elsewhere and the old app lost its crypto features in the EEA on 30 June 2026.
Revolut13/16NeobankWatchMixedYes for individuals, with the deepest crypto stack of any app-bank. No for crypto businesses.
Bunq12/16NeobankWatchMixedYes for retail through the Kraken-powered bunq Crypto tab, and for licensed CASPs on a fiat-only business account. Coins cannot leave the app.
Rebind11/16NeobankWatchUnknownYes for euro transfers through a personal Monerium IBAN, but Rebind is an app, not a bank, and it never names exchanges.
BBVA9/16TraditionalSolidMixedYes. BBVA sells and holds bitcoin and ether inside its own app in Spain, Switzerland and Türkiye, but the Spanish service is a closed loop and moving coins out costs 4%.
Deutsche Bank6/16TraditionalWatchnoneYes for crypto businesses and institutions, not yet for individuals.

Questions people ask

Can I spend a stablecoin balance with a card in the EU?

Yes, three ways. Wirex turns a USDC, USDT or EURC top-up into a EUR balance with no spread and spends it on a Mastercard with 0.5% to 8% cashback. Revolut's crypto card spends directly from the crypto balance you choose. Rebind's virtual Visa, issued through Gnosis Pay, spends EURe and pays cashback in GNO, and no physical card is documented.

Why isn't Monerium here when Gnosis Pay runs on EURe?

Monerium does not issue a card. Gnosis Pay and MetaMask Card spend EURe but are separate products with their own issuers, so Monerium scores no on the card test. Rebind is the way in: it bundles a Monerium IBAN with a Gnosis Pay virtual Visa and passes both tests.
