Every bank gets a CBL Score out of sixteen: eight criteria, each rated yes (2 points), partial (1) or no (0).
Verified banks (marked ✓) have every score checked against their own published terms, with a source link and a checked date. The rest are marked as draft until we get to them.
Scores are revised when a bank's documents change. Every revision is dated, sourced and listed under Score history on the bank's profile, for example Sygnum's score history.
A separate, community-reported tag (Relaxed, Mixed, Strict, Unknown) describing how a bank treats P2P-related transfers, built from dated user reports across forums and reviews. It never affects the CBL Score.
A relative judgment (Solid, Watch, Caution, Unknown) built from four verifiable inputs: licences, backing, published financials and regulatory history. Not a solvency guarantee.
The score is our published opinion, not advice and not a certification. Referral links never affect any rating. Questions: hi@cryptobanklist.com
