Which banks in Europe outside the EU offer Web3 business accounts?

Web3 business accounts are the sharpest filter on the parent list, because a bank can be happy to sell a retail customer bitcoin and still refuse a token issuer. Revolut fails outright: its business accounts exclude exchanges, brokers, on and off ramps, miners, ICO issuers and crypto asset managers, and cannot send or receive crypto at all. PostFinance fails because its business offer is for Swiss companies that want to invest, with no mention of VASPs or token issuers. BBVA, Zürcher Kantonalbank and Luzerner Kantonalbank do not offer accounts for crypto businesses. Swissquote scores partial with business accounts for Swiss SMEs and international companies that include custody and staking, and Standard Chartered scores partial because its banking and stablecoin settlement is for institutional partners such as fintechs.
