Monerium does not publish a yes or no for named exchanges. Your IBAN is a normal SEPA account in your own name and can pay any SEPA bank account, so a transfer to an exchange in your name works like any other bank transfer. What the terms do ban is using the IBAN to settle trades on centralised P2P crypto platforms, and routing a third party's money straight back to them.
